Sponsorships and Levels of Giving

The Mrs. Philippines VA and Court Campaign is a major fundraising source for the promotion and maintenance of the PCC. Mrs. Philippines VA and Court serve as ambassadors of the Filipino American community and highlight the grace, modesty, dignity, and sense of tradition of our Filipino heritage.

Diamond Level sponsorship for $1000 or more will receive:

• One full sponsorship page in the Mrs. Philippines VA and Court 2026 Commemorative Book
• A copy of the Commemorative Book
• Special recognition and sponsorship announcement during the Coronation Gala
• Two complimentary Coronation Gala tickets

Ruby Level sponsorship for $750 – $999 will receive:

• One full sponsorship page in the Mrs. Philippines VA and Court 2026 Commemorative Book
• A copy of the Commemorative Book
• Special recognition and sponsorship announcement during the Coronation Gala
• One complimentary Coronation Gala ticket

Emerald Level sponsorship for $500 – $749 will receive:

• One full sponsorship page in the Mrs. Philippines VA and Court 2026 Commemorative Book
• A copy of the Commemorative Book
• Special recognition and sponsorship announcement during the Coronation Gala 

Sapphire Level sponsorship for $250 – $499 will receive:

• One full sponsorship page in the Mrs. Philippines VA and Court 2026 Commemorative Book
• Dedicated listing for the sponsored candidate in the Commemorative Book

Other Levels of Giving

• Mrs. Philippines VA and Court Commemorative Book full-page Greeting for $150 
• Mrs. Philippines VA and Court Commemorative Book half-page Greeting for $75 

Sponsorship and other Levels of Giving donations can be submitted either via:

1. Completed paper form with attached payment to the candidate you are supporting

Mrs. Philippines VA and Court 2026 Levels of Giving form

We encourage digital images and messages for the Commemorative Book entries to be
submitted via the online link or QR code to the “Mrs. Philippines VA and Court 2026 Levels of Giving” form.

Cash and check payments must be submitted to the candidate you are supporting.

All Sponsorships and Levels of Giving donations must be submitted to your candidate or posted online by the closing of the fundraising canvassing no later than 2:00 pm on May 17, 2026 to ensure your candidate is credited fundraising points. Any level of giving submitted after the canvassing deadline will be accepted as a donation but will not be credited toward any candidate’s fundraising points.

All proceeds from the campaign will benefit the Philippine Cultural Center VA and are tax-deductible under the CUFOT 501 (c)(3) charitable tax-exempt designation (CUFOT Tax ID #52-1236958.  All donations/checks should be made payable to the Council of United Filipino Organizations of Tidewater (CUFOT).
