FAVHR – Memorial Day Celebration

May 25, 2025—Memorial Day—is a solemn day on which we remember those who have served this country. The FilAm vets of Hampton Roads celebrate this day with a flag-raising ceremony complete with a color guard and a guest speaker. The guest speaker today was LT JG Devin Diaz, who lauded the PCC and its role in being a part of the foundation of his younger years.

The event also involved a color guard, some light refreshments, and fellowship with all who attended.
